The latest ESCI (European Sub-Committee of ICCRS) Leaders' Conference took place in Budapest in Hungary in November 2009. Ged Farrell, the national chairman, and Gerry McLaughlin represented Scotland along with Emmanuel Banda and Eddie Lally who were Scotland's first representatives in the youth steam at the event.
